Saturday, October 26: Woke up feeling good and energized. Happy to have Ingrid as our nurse. Definitely have a fondness for her and her professionalism and utmost care & concern. Platelets: 2 Hemo: 6.9 WBC: .17 (increased). Walked a lap w/walker after breakfast and showered without assistance. Was a great day; best in a while. Was able to have the peripheral blood line removed as there are only two medications that are being given via IV, as well as the blood products. Big Win!! Was given lasix twice to help reduce the inflammation and empty the bladder. Dinner delivery made by Malia. What a wonderful treat; musubi and ground beef w/potatoes & onions. Yum!
